I recently had the misfortune of being involved in a vehicle crash. BUT due to seeing his billboards I contacted Minton Law Firm. I went to his physical location and was very intimidated as I pulled up (due to the size and beauty of the building). As soon as I entered I was greeted by a very friendly woman working the front. And I was pleased to get to have a sit down with Mr Minton himself. I did not expect to be able to talk with him, but he cared enough to have a face to face with me. It meant a lot to me to be able to sit down with him. I explained the case to him and he was extremely nice and transparent about the process. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process.

I was by no means a big pay day for him due to the accident just involving a couple no name people. No business or huge assets on the line. But it meant a lot to me and I couldn’t tell that it was any different to him. He treated me like I mattered.

In a time when people seem disposable and unimportant Minton Law Firm maintained a professional and most importantly a personable relationship with me. I hope that I never have the need, but if I do I will not hesitate to contact them again. His entire team that I was in touch with were people first and attorneys second. 10 stars out if 5 for them.

i had left an incorrect phone number at the firm, and will admit i had some reservation about my contact.. justin tried me at that phone number they had and didnt reach me. somehow he located the correct number and reached out to me, had emailed as well but it went to spam.

not to many attorneys will make that effort i can tell you from experience.. we have a question of law that we dont see the same but he is more than willing to take a look at the information i am basing my case on. Very impressed at his willingness to follow up to make sure we are on the same page.
